Prices range from the low 200's for small condos to well above $1m for custom waterfront homes. You'll see that there are also secondary waterfront homes being built on the north side of the street, these are typically priced around $500-700k and provide an amazing value since you get the incredible location of the greater Riverstone area without the waterfront taxes.

Originally launched in 2007+ by Marshall Chesrown and the Black Rock family of properties Bellerive was a success right away, many of our clients purchased condos in the two tower buildings that you see when you immediately drive in to the area. While these condos have access to the day dock, keep in mind you can't keep a boat over night on the day dock. If you would like a boat slip you'll have to own a primary waterfront property or one of the town-homes with private docks.

Many times people wonder if Riverstone is the same as the Bellerive area, and while they are close they are certainly not the same. The majority of the condos in the Riverstone development are much more simple and affordable, essentially none of them have views and none have waterfront of boat slips.
All in all the options at Riverstone are great for the price but they aren't the same as Bellerive even though the area is starting to grow together and feel the same.
